In general, for departures, guests must always call our 24-hour switchboard 15 minutes beforehand to find out the number of the boat and the name of the pilot: +39 347 61 79 607

For any inconvenience or delays, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule the service at no additional cost.

In case of delay, the first 10 minutes are guaranteed and free, after which €10 will be charged for every 10 minutes.

In case of cancellations of reservations before the day of the service, 5% will be deducted from the refund as bank management and credit card connection costs.

For the NO SHOW or last minute cancellation the full cost will be charged.

In adverse weather conditions such as wind with strong knots; fog; rough sea; municipal ordinances and other causes of force majeure, the service is guaranteed with the CAR mode via Piazzale Roma + WATER TAXI (or vice versa) because for safety reasons for both passengers and boats we do not sail to and from the airport.
